If you encountered payment issues while using PayPal, here are some possible reasons and solutions:

1) Browser cache full: Clear your browser cache, close the window, and try the payment process again.

2) Insufficient funds or payment card issue: Ensure that you have enough funds in your PayPal account or that your linked card has sufficient funds. Note that we do not accept e-cheques, and all amounts are in USD.

If none of the above solutions work, you may need to contact PayPal directly, as there might be limits or blocks on your account.

If you paid using a card, there are two possible reasons for payment failure:

1) Card not accepted: Our payment processor may not accept the specific card you used. Consider using an alternative payment method like PayPal or a different card.

2) Card flagged as high risk: In some cases, your card may be flagged as high risk, leading to a blocked payment attempt. This could be due to the security features of our payment processor or your card company. Again, using PayPal or another card could be an alternative solution.

Alternatively, we can send you an invoice via email for payment. If you prefer this method, please contact us using the tab in the knowledge window, and one of our VP Superstars will assist you during our office hours.
